Highly recommend Countertops by Superior. They provided the most outstanding customer service from beginning to end of the project. The office staff, the removal and installation personnel were just incredible. Totally loved the countertops and the experience dealing with such a great local company.

Can’t say enough good things about Superior! They truly care about their customers. We had a very big project for our new construction home and they worked with us every step of the way! JR, Charlene and the rest of the team were so friendly and went above and beyond for our needs.(Even bought special equipment just to transport/install our huge countertops). after dealing with three places before, we decided to check countertops by superior. The moment we walked in the door we knew this is the only place we will do business with. We just felt at home the stuff was amazing, took all the time, no pressure and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It took us a while to find the right stone with their help but the fact that they didn’t want us to make any quick decision but work with us until we are 100% sure with our decision totally paid off. We just got our new countertop and it’s amazing. The crew was so pleasant, so professional and what an outstanding job. The small detail this company pay attention to such as the layout, where to place the seam, working with us to select the right area of the stone is unbelievable. I saw many kitchens and installation before, granite seams always was an eyesore for me but now in my own kitchen I can’t even see the seam thanks to the details and professionalism this company is all about. All I know is that there is no other place I’ll ever buy any stone from. This is the only place I would ever recommend anyone to do business with especially after dealing with three other places prior to walking into their show room. The professional staff clearly explained how the process worked and ensured we had all the information needed every step of the way to make the right decisions for our home. The showroom is filled with countless varieties of gorgeous stones to choose from and the experienced staff patiently explained all the options to help us find our preferred style. We felt like we were in extremely experienced and caring hands and they made every interaction in this process feel special. The installed product is absolutely stunning!! The quality craftsmanship is incredible - every cut is a perfect fit and the structure is solid. We couldn’t be more delighted with the finished product and highly recommend Countertops by Superior!

I can't say enough good things about these folks!! The entire experience was wonderful. Bill and Charlene were so helpful in picking out a perfect granite for my kitchen. They went above and beyond, and even installed some extra pieces that I was NOT expecting to really finish the kitchen. A window sill, and a top counter piece - they look amazing, and make such a difference than what was there already (that I was going to keep). Kevin was the installer, and he was awesome as well, on time, clean, polite, answered all my questions. I'm thrilled with the end result, the service and attention to detail was outstanding!
