Elizabeth, Chelsea and Felix are the best. I came in with recurring back pain a few months ago. The exercises that Elizabeth prescribed helped substantially and immediately. She took such care to make sure I knew the exact correct form and the specific purpose of the exercise. She even invented exercises to help address specific movements that triggered pain. All this plus she and the rest of the team were consistently personable, kind and funny - every visit was made better by their genuine interest in each patient as a person. I was almost sad to graduate because it meant the end of my visits. Can't recommend them enough!

Before going to Elite I had a very low expectation for physical therapists given my past experiences with 5 different PT clinics (15-20 minutes of modalities ..like ultrasound.. every visit with generic exercises for all patients and hardly any, if ever, 1 on 1 opportunities).

However, Elizabeth and Chelsea have changed my perspective forever... They used excellent critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and actually researched back treatments. They were always within reach if you had any questions throughout every session. They have created an atmosphere that feels more like a family when you come than a clinic. You leave knowing, not only, WHY PT is important, but HOW they plan to get you back to living your life.

I am actually the patient, Mary's husband, Frank. I went to therapy on the suggestion of my doctor. I did not have very high expectations when I started but Chelsea target the problem areas with exercises that brought relief. I can say I am most impressed by the results. The staff at Elite Therapy in Indian Land, SC are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more.

I walked into Elite a broken woman, physically and emotionally. Chelsea was so patient with me. If it wasn’t for her compassion and encouragement I wouldn’t have made it through my first week. She knows how to motivate me by making PT fun. Chelsea, Elizabeth, Felix and some of the patients have become my PT family. I am so thankful for all of them; their attention to detail, their humor, and their good kick in the butt when I need it. Highly recommend Elite for your PT needs!

The best there is PERIOD! I’ve worked through multiple injuries/surgeries with Elizabeth. I could not recommend a better therapist! She has made my recoveries so much easier.
