  The food here is amazing. The staff are very friendly yet professional. Only had a bad meal once and got a free meal when I told them about my experience. I easy here all the time. Love it.

  Stephen was the best waiter I have had in anywhere in a long time. He was knowledgeable of the menu, area and meats. After explaining it was our first time to a Jim & Nick's he cheerfully went over the menu describing each item and answering our questions then made his on recommendations. He was exceptionally patient with my daughter. The food was awesome. We enjoyed everything we ordered and those muffins. Then for the establishment itself the building was very well decorated and laid out. It was a week after eating there I realized it was a chain.

  Excellent food and superb service. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Glasses were kept filled. Portions were large. Four of us all ordered very different entrees and we each took food in a to go box. The cheese biscuits were delicious according to my companions. I am gluten free and wished I could have some.

  We had a slight service issue and the Manager Robert went above and beyond to make it right. The food here is always fantastic! Everything we've ordered has been delicious. Best BBQ around.
