All the staff in Lancaster are awesome! This includes everyone I have met or heard about the care thru a family member. No job is to small when it pertains to the care of a loved one. I thank them with the sincerest heart possible! Yesterday I heard Aaron singing God or love lifted me with a resident. Both of them looked so happy. Other staff members sang too ( I don't know their name). Love all the activities including church. Staff takes patients outside in their chairs to enjoy the sunshine. With all this, it still takes the love and time of their families.
I gave White Oak in Lancaster a 4 out of 5 rating. That is due to some of the beds, rooms etc.need updating.
