Fred Caldwell is one of the nice dealership around. All of their staff are great. I was at the automotive dealership. That's where I bought my truck and is the only place I go to have it serviced and so does my entire family.
Just a couple months shy of a year ago, I purchased a Mahindra tractor and several attachments. I had an issue with my backhoe. I called Caldwell Tractor not knowing what to expect. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Robin Joyner who helped deliver and set up my equipment nearly year ago and returned to help me again. In a world with ever diminishing customer service, Robin Joyner was a shining exception! Not only did he come out to my house the same morning of my call, he treated me with respect and understanding from the first moment of a frustrated call, to the satisfying conclusion of being up and running. I’m new to tractoring, and he was reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable! I have at times wondered if buying the tractor and so many attachments was the right move for me; but with support like this, I know it was the right decision. If and when I need another tractor (or maybe a Chevy), I will definitely check with them first and foremost. Thanks Robin!
Shopped all the local tractor dealerships (JD, Kubota, Kioti, Yanmar) but had not considered a Mahindra until stopping by Fred Caldwell in Clover. A Mahindra 5145 caught my attention immediately and was a beast compared to all other similar tractors of different brands. Very satisfied with the machine and all attachments but even more impressive was the service. I worked mainly w/ Adam but the whole Fred Caldwell team was top notch
They delivered my sweet tractor "Big Red" just before Mother's day! It has cut my yard work by two thirds. It is powerful enough to tackle any job. Delivery folks were knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. From start to finish, the Caldwell Team has made this purchase easy and a great deal to boot!
