    Coach mike is great trainer and very motivating . Being new to the area , I wanted to get into shape and improve my energy level. After the first conversation, he asked me my goals and discussed a plan to achieve them. Since my first visit, he always ask how do I feel. He makes adjustments as needed if you are not feeling your best. After each session you feeling accomplished.

    Mike is an awesome trainer who comes up innovative techniques. It is an excellent combination of strength training, cardio and at the same time learn boxing techniques. I highly recommend Mike

    I’ve trained with Mike from BKB for the past 5 years. I’ve lost 80lbs and gained so much confidence in myself. Mike is great for all ages. My 9 and 11 year old love training with him too.
