  They have helped us with our pets a couple of times when our regular vet was closed. Very awesome staff. Concise and very well priced. I love this place and I am so happy they are there. I rest easier knowing there is an urgent care facility for my babies locally. After all, they play like they pay their own vet bills and you never know what will happen at any hour of the day or night.

  Overall my experience was good. They were very nice and very informative. The place was nice and clean. Also,, someone left a cat carrier there (I'm assuming) and they offered it to me which was cool since I was using an old cardboard one and that one was really nice. The only negative was they kept rescheduling my appointment because they were backed up. Now I understand it was a Saturday and they were busy, be 3 times rescheduled through text, and then once I got into the room for Jill to be seen, it was another hour wait. I almost thought they forgot about me because no one came to say hey its going to be a while after the initial getting her weight and asking what's wrong. Also, I think the prices are crazy but that's everywhere.

  My 14 year old chihuahua had a random eye injury yesterday and I immediately thought of this place. We got there right at our scheduled check-in time and they took us directly back to a room to get started.
  
  My dog is going to need surgery to remove his eye, but the doctor sent us home with all the meds he needed until our follow up with his vet. The doctor was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to understand. Just a super nice guy. The nurse, too. I felt so much better after our visit. My dog has been comfortable and relaxed all day, even with the cone. He has some pep back in his step and is eating and drinking normally. I'm so relieved.
  
  Price was very reasonable. You never know with emergencies, but it would have cost that much(probably more) at our vet and surely would have taken twice as long. I'm so grateful we have a place like this in our area, although I hope to never need their services again 🙏🏼

  Our pup was bitten by another dog. We were happy with the online check in process and being put into an exam room right away when we got there. The wait was a bit longer than we expected but because our pup was calm and his bleeding seemed to have stopped, it wasn’t horrible. The techs seemed to be new employees, not great but not horrible. The vet was friendly, thorough and informative… not the best bedside manner at the initial visit but we were comfortable leaving our pup there for cleaning up, stitching and tube placement for the deep wounds. When we returned to pick him up the tech and vet were both awesome!! They seemed to really care about our pup and set us at ease that he would most likely have a full recovery. Thank you for your care, concern and expertise!

  I recently rescued a very sick pup, and wanted him to be seen right away! That staff was amazing here! They made sure they could handle him before doing anything which I thought was amazing! The doctor was professional and honest with me about the puppy’s health! I will definitely take my fur babies back if there is ever a need!
