(March 29, 2018, 11:30 am)I had a really good costumer service in this store ,I got two phones and the service it is pretty good I am not good in phones but every time I go there Joice is very nice to me and she explains how to use the phone , I went to another Metro PCS in Charlotte but it was very dirty and the tall guy was not as nice as the girls in Fort Mill ,now I drive to Fort Mill because I know she will have paciente to explain how to take pictures and to use the zt Blade, I also just pay $80 a month and got the phones for free ,I recommend because I was paying $160 at Sprint and the service wasn’t good,I pay $80 for me and my son and we both got the phone for free.

(March 3, 2018, 12:29 pm)This is the first metro pcs store I been to where it's super clean and the customer service was outstanding. Sofia was awesome in helping me. She worked fast and was knowledgeable. I don't live in the area but it's worth the drive for the great service they provided me with!
