It is really nice to know when we need something we have a local agent who answers her phone and provides amazing customer service. Also like the fact that Watson is a local independent agency who looks out for our best interests when recommending policies for us.

(January 14, 2019, 8:54 pm)I have been with the same agent going on 10 years now "Karen Hamilton" and I can honestly say great service is just a phone call away. We had a flood in our home that required quite a lot of repair and I only had to make one phone call and everything was taken care of including staying in a Hilton Garden Inn for two weeks while our home was repaired! Oh yeah they even took care of my DOG.

They review our coverage regularly and recommend new insurance companies when appropriate. Recently I had an auto accident and their support was outstanding. The claim was settled quickly.

Karen Hamilton always responds quickly and comprehensively to our questions and concerns. She regularly informs us about changes and/or opportunities to save. There is no question that our agent at Watson Insurance always has our best interests in mind!

They are incredibly responsive and are mindful of my budget. I can always get an answer to a question and the estimates that they have provided to me have been accurate. I appreciate all of the time and attention that the staff gives me when I email or call. I have not been disappointed and plan to continue to use their service for all future insurance needs.
