(February 24, 2019, 11:55 am)I really like this gym because of the equipment, classes and especially the sauna. For the price you cant beat it. The facility is clean and organized. I know many ppl have put up reviews about the management but I havent encountered any issues with them. Unless I'm terminating my membership I can't truly comment on that.

(December 17, 2018, 7:49 am)I really like this gym because there is a wide variety of machines, an area for stretching, a pool, and a Pilates class. They also provide mats, stability balls, and weights. Additionally, the facility and women's locker room is very clean, and they provide sanitizing foam for their guests so that they can sanitize the equipment whenever they want. Most of the staff are very nice and get you excited for your workout. Lastly, going to this gym has really helped me in reaching my fitness goals. I am very happy that I decided to come here.

(803) 818-3368 This review is just of the gym itself, not the dues, fees, etc. I typically work out at the Charlotte location, but the Rock Hill location is closer to the fella, so I've been coming in on weekends, and it's basically the Holy Grail of gyms.
