  Dr. Vallario is THE best chiropractor that I have seen! And I have seen a lot. With an active lifestyle, she has taught me ways to feel better through her teaching. The time and care she takes with patients is unseen in today's busy medical offices.

  Chelsea was my chiropractor when we both lived in Colorado. Her approach to assessing and working on the whole body and not only focusing on adjustments made a huge difference in my pain levels and ability to keep up with an active lifestyle. One of the best parts about Chelsea is she is never in a rush with her patients. She listens to your needs and truly finds a way to help you heal, both while you’re in the office and by giving you resources for things you can do at home and in the gym. Even recently I relied on Chelsea’s expertise to find a chiropractor in my new state by describing my concerns. Her guidance was spot on and led me to a chiropractor that is a better fit for my needs than the one I found on my own. I’d highly recommend Chelsea to anyone, and especially those who live an active lifestyle between the gym, sports, and outdoors.

  As someone who has always been a little skeptic of Chiropractors, I would like to say I would highly recommend Athlete Recovery and Chiropractic Health. Dr. Vallario is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate- not only about her work but about each and every patient as well. She doesn’t just treat your current “issue”- she helps to find the root cause of your issue and gets you on a proper path to recovery in a healthy manageable way. I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped me. I have learned so much about my body, how it works and things I can do differently or practice on my own to help ease my stiffness and soreness and further help with overall flexibility.
  
  I also recommend asking her any questions you might have about supplements. I feel confident that she is well versed and researched in this area. She has a quality selection and can recommend other options if she does not have what you need.

  Dr. Chelsea is amazing..We drive an hour each way to have her work on us..I have been in severe pain for years.It had taken sometime but she has worked her magic. Now I am able to go a month before having to see her. She uses the newest equipment and technology. She is new school chiropractic..
  Please give her a try before passing judgement.

  Dr Chelsea is the finest chiropractor I've ever experienced. After years of athletic participation and military service, I had resigned to the fact that I would spend the rest of my life with some level of pain. Knees, back, shoulder, & neck. Her comprehensive care has provided more than just a few pain-free days. She has restored a greater quality of life for me.
