Pet Supplies Plus

As someone who has a "zoo" of reptiles at home, I am always looking for other knowledgeable people in my community. At Pet Supplies Plus, Raven is that person. The first girl i talked to didn't know how to accurately help me so she called over Raven. Raven answered all my questions, pointed me into the direction of what i needed and was very real and honest with me. She told me about her reptiles and used her own experiences to help me which i found to be very smart and admirable. I thought this girl was in her 20s by the way she talks and how smart she is. Come to find out shes 17! Holy moly! I will be continuing to go see Raven here! 😄

Came in for the first time Saturday night to wash our pups ! Staff was very friendly, professional, and dog loving! SUCH a huge store and lots of dog items to choose from- including size inclusive apparel, our girl is a little chubby and our boy is a big dog ! Big display case stocked full of delicious treats. Self serve pup wash was well maintained and even cleaned between each dog. My favorite part was the inclusive diverse staff, so refreshing to see other businesses welcome expression (sorry Hank Weatherby, it’s 2021) .

The staff and management are very courteous and helpful. This isn’t one of those places that forces products on you that they know you don’t need or aren’t good for your fur baby or family friend. They take the time to explain and answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. Not a stuffy environment like the bigger stores that offer just any and every product - these guys enjoy what they do and they do it with great professionalism and even some humor now and then which is refreshing as well. If you’re in the Rock Hill area and have pet needs, this is where I suggest you start.

I just got a baby bearded dragon for the first time. I had so many questions and Raven came to the rescue! She was so knowledgeable on not only how to care for my bearded dragon but what to look out for health wise! Raven was able to answer all my questions and give me so much useful information. She also was able to answer general questions about other reptiles that I happened to be curious about. If you're looking for a knowledgeable individual on reptiles, here is the place to go! I will definitely be back!😄

Cody groomed my dog today. He was so fantastic! He genuinely cared for my girl, showed so much love and kindness to her. When I went to pick up my baby, he made sure to tell me how her behavior was and what he was able to do (sometimes my girl doesn’t let people finish getting her nails). It was a great experience. Plus, the store has outfits for big dogs which is always so hard to find for my Great Dane.
