Concentra Urgent Care

I had no idea what to expect but I found every aspect of Concentra to be excellent! They are kind and provide good care. There is nothing negative I can say. Dr. Keys is great and the PT department is awesome. Everybody I encountered was just the best! Thank you for everything!

Needed DOT Physical. All in all a good experience. I recommend this place to other drivers.

I arrived the day before at 3:30/4 PM and was advised they'd not get to me with the wait, (they estimated a 3 hr wait). But they gave me the paper to pre-fill and return the next day - which was good, appreciated it.

I got there right at opening (7 AM), and have them the completed form, license & payment. Got a link on my phone to complete the forms needed. They took me back right after I completed my forms - maybe 10 minutes or so.

They knocked out my height & weight, bp, urine, vision quickly and efficiently. The nurse was very professional, patient, and kind. I was escorted to the patient room, and waited for the doctor for 10 minutes. Went over my forms and history, range of motion, vitals, and I was out with my DOT Med Card in hand.

Total it was about an hour between arrival and exit. 👍

I think it’s a good place to help people get well but I don’t think they should give massages while other people is in there if you gone into somebody clothing., I don’t feel comfortable about that and I really don’t care for that part because you have everybody in there you were out in the opening and it does not matter. I just don’t think they should do that. Maybe it’s me because I’m older, but I believe that you can do a healing process without even that. I think the other services is great, but the sad part is the person who doing the services does not see how much pain a person is in so come in there. It may look like the person is fine but at their day-to-day job there in a lot of pan, but I again think the other services is great in there and again you might appear to be OK but you’re really not.
