I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received from Todd’s. He and his mom, Susan, make the experience of having your car in the shop so much less stressful. They are so friendly and welcoming and you’re sure you’re being taken care of. I was blown away when I saw my car! The repaired part, my whole front-end, looked like a brand new car!! Excellent customer service!! Hands down excellent communication, almost to the point of over-communication but not quite lol. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because when I got my truck back one of my tail lights was not reconnected. Also there is a place that is between the bed and the cab of the truck that is only covered with primer and another that is bare metal. So far I am completely satisfied with my decision to use Todd’s and will definitely use them again. We are all human and no one is perfect, the repair they were able to pull off with the quality of results they had, is in no way a small feat and for them to miss something as small as this, that is hidden between the cab and bed, is completely forgivable.

They were very quick to volunteer to repair the tail light, but I decided to repair it myself since it was literally a 2 minute fix, that would have cost more in my time to return to them, than doing the work myself.

As of my time of writing this review, I have not informed them of the issue with the missing paint and I plan to do so ASAP, and will update this review as soon as I have completed the process of getting it resolved. I have complete confidence that it will be resolved with a great attitude, and apologies for the oversight. 😊😊😊
