(July 17, 2021, 8:24 pm)The transmission in our 2014 Ford Escape failed. I had it towed to Burns Ford of York. The car sat on their lot for 2 weeks before diagnosis and they said it would be another 4 weeks until they could repair it. I took it to Reliable transmission on a Thursday afternoon. Two hours later I had their diagnosis. The transmission was replaced and we had our car back on Tuesday (3) business days later. I would recommend them for sure. The two year warranty is a huge plus.
