Even so, he handled himself professionally, signed me up for the rewards program and helped solved my issue. I can imagine he will be an asset to Auto Zone and it's customers.

To make the experiences even better, the two employees who helped me were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was referring to. They literally looked up the part and walked directly to it in less than 2 minutes, both times. Great people that actually care about helping their customers!
