(November 15, 2018, 8:55 am)I was not a fan of chiropractors, Dr. Hazelwood changed my mind. I was popping pills like tic tacs trying to relieve upper back pain, I was finally convinced by my wife to give him a shot. He is been great and I have been near pain free since starting to go to him and have stopped taking any kind of medication.
He is a very matter-of-fact guy that knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him for anyone with back pain. -

(March 15, 2018, 4:50 pm)Went to see Dr Hazlewood and I was in a tremendous amount of pain due to a slipped disc in my back that I had been dealing with for a week. After a thorough exam by him and speaking with him he was able to get me feeling like a new man. Great guy, great staff and let me know everything that he was going to do before he actually did it. Very pleased with my visit, will certainly recommend anyone I know!!! Thank you Craig and Renee!

(February 6, 2014, 8:15 am)Dr. Hazlewood is a pro. He has a personality but more importantly he knows what he is doing. He has compassion for what he does and the patients he sees. I have been to a few Chiropractors and he by far is one of the best.
