  I made a new years resolution to do more google reviews. I also will only be doing reviews when I have meaningful and helpful things to say. I decided to go into Lake Wylie Euro and check it out.
  
  I ended up meeting EVERYONE. I notice everything when I go to a business. I pay attention to cleanliness, how I'm greeted, "team chemistry" of employees. I look at how other customers are treated, most all.
  
  While there I witnessed the Owner (Nick) stop what he was doing to take a customers 20+ year old BMW for a service that was needed, that they couldn't perform (at another competitor's facility). That was so awesome to see! Otherwise he was deep in the "trenches working" as the other mechanics would. Impressive leadership...
  
  I enjoyed speaking with the service advisor Ryan. He was happy to answer all of my simple and complicated questions. He never made me feel stupid or out of place.
  
  I, also, witnessed Ryan serving a ,very happy, repeat customer... I saw this team go above and beyond for the other their customers, today... and still make time to entertain my questions. I am excited to see them, more, in the future!!
  
  The team work that I witnessed , while there, was nothing short of amazing. No wonder there were high dollar car's parked all over... those owners trust them.
  
  In closing ,they have a nice waiting area, professional operation, clean estaishment, offer customers refreshments, and have awesomely friendly staff that is lead by an excellent "head coach".
  
  I got the "warm and fuzzy" !!!

  I have been going to Lake Wylie Euro since I purchased my 2006 Mini back in 2012. I have always received excellent service at the best prices. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that provides quality workmanship, LW Euro is it!!
