  I love professional caregiving.. if I had to recommend this place of business I would.. great hours great pay and great goodlettsville office.. very understanding and caring... the system they use is very helpful and a wonderful tool to have... I’ve witnessed firsthand how they go above and beyond for my clients... thanks for everything y’all do for myself and my clients...

  Home Instead has been a critical service to my Dad who wanted to stay in his home and not go to an assisted living facility. This would have been impossible without the caregivers provided by Home Instead. Many of the caregivers they provide have gone above and beyond in caring for my father and they seem to truly care about and bond with him. On many occasions they have gotten him to the hospital quickly and stayed there with him through various health issues. In particular, Jada has been very helpful to me and is always proactive and reliable in taking care of any concern or issue that comes up. I am so grateful for the service they provide.

  After an extended stay in a Rehab facility, my Mother was being released to return home but was not strong enough to be on her own. I am retired and able to help her a lot, but was not comfortable with helping her with some things such as bathing. I contacted a friend of mine who use to be in the business of senior care giving, and based his experienced, he recommended Home Instead in Goodlettsville. Instead of calling, I decided to go to the office and meet with the personnel there in person (without an appointment). Jada Tate met me as I came through the door and made me comfortable from the beginning. I had no idea what or how to go about setting up in-home care for my Mother. Jada took considerable time asking questions to get a complete understanding of what my Mother’s needs were and then explaining the options to me. Home Instead has matched up the perfect care giver for my mother, Mrs. Dodie. My Mother is very particular with who she lets in her home and peculiar in her ways. But upon the first visit by Mrs. Dodie, my Mother was very pleased, I could not believe it! Mrs. Dodie has been assisting my Mother now for seven months and we think of her as part of our family, she has been a true blessing to both my Mother and myself.

  We are so blessed by the Home Instead Senior Care - Rivergate. When we moved here a few months ago to care for my parents, we had no idea how we'd be able to get it all done without losing ourselves in the process. We never dreamed their basic Insurance along with Choices would pay for everything! Because of Home Instead, and the company and worker that connected us, we not only have time for us, we have help with just about whatever we need done. Laundry, cleaning, organizing, shopping, rides to Dr. when needed and even trips to take dad to see mom when she was in the hospital. I'm overwhelmed with the goodness they've brought to my life and dad enjoys getting out more and making new friends. The skilled helpers and the dedicated leadership at every level have helped me see how important self-care was - it would be impossible without Home Instead. Shout out to Jada and Angela! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I meet trying to do this care-giving life alone.Thank you HI!! Home Instead is my 1st Choice.

  I must sing absolute high praises to Jada Tate and her team! They are great listeners, exceptionally patient, very willing to carve out the perfect plan for your loved one with care, and overall just great people! My hard to please mom is over the moon with her care giver! This in itself is fabulous, but her care giver is the best! Patient, funny, intuitive, and kind...a comforting combination for those of us that need a little help and a lot of trust! THANK YOU Jada and Team!!! My Sisters and I are HUGE FANS and HIGHLY recommend Home Instead!
