The complex is very quiet and we feel safe here raising our two children. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to any issues. So happy we found this place!

(October 6, 2022, 11:55 am)I just hit my two year anniversary living here. Overall it's been a great experience and I love my space! Tonneshea Davis, the office manager, has been here the whole time I've resided at Chase Cove and has done an exceptional job as far as I'm concerned. She's been nothing but professional, kind, and prompt regarding any issues or concerns I've had, which are minimal. Stewart, who is a newer addition, has also acted accordingly. Much appreciated guys!!
