It is a blessing every time I have my visit with this doctor, because it doesn't even feel like a doctor appointment, but it feels like seeing a friend. very caring, very honest and and very motherly attitude and approach, given the nature of her position.

Best experience at an GYN! I have been a patient of hers for years. I have moved to Hendersonville but still make the drive to Hermitage for my yearly visit. She has the best bed side manner and helps you get your mind off the dreaded yearly physical🙄 Very compassionate with patient's fears and concerns. Takes the time to listen whether it is updating her on your life changes your children's lives or hearing what the plans are for the weekend. Makes it feel more like a conversation amongst old friends as opposed to doctor patient visit. Never feel rushed. She takes the time to make sure you have asked all questions you may have had prior to visit. She answers every question (no matter how silly /embarrassing) you might have and gives you information without making you feel uncomfortable.

Dr. McGuire was absolutely amazing. She was such a blessing and eased my nerves with my first baby. Best OBGYN out there, I promise you will love her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr McGuire and her entire staff are absolutely incredible. I genuinely feel bad for people that don't find a Dr like her. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I switched to her due to a referral from a friend, and I am so glad that I did. From day one she made me smile, feel comfortable, and made me feel completely taken care of throughout my pregnancy. Her office is so clean and they are so respectful of your time. After going to about a dozen appointments throughout my pregnancy, I think the longest I ever waited in the waiting room was maybe 5 minutes. Not only that, but during our appointments she really took the time to get to know us. Not once did she make us feel rushed to make her next appointment. Not once did it seem like we were 'just a number' to her. The saddest part about having the baby is not seeing everyone in the office to say hello. I can't say enough good things about her!

(Also, the review about the phone menu being difficult is crazy. You push a couple buttons, as with any Dr's office, and then leave a message. They are extremely good about getting back to you as soon as possible. The only reason you have to leave a message is because they are such a tiny office that sometimes they're dealing with a patient checking out, etc. They're like family over there and they're absolutely wonderful.)
