This pharmacy sets the bar on customer service. Mr Felts was able to locate a RX product when other pharmacies were told by their wholesaler it was unavailable. Many businesses seem to lose the personal touch, but this pharmacy is consistent in always making a customer feel important.
I transferred several prescriptions here all at once. The sheer volume made me nervous. I found these folks to be highly competent and professional. They are well staffed and well stocked. My first several transactions here have been very efficient and accurate. I'm looking forward to doing business here for a long time to come.
This is a great, down-home local kinda place. Dr. Felts (Ronnie) is about as good as they get. Dr. Felts knows everybody by name and always goes out of his way to speak to you. He is Good hearted and will bend over backward to help people out! Hard to find that in a chain pharmacy. Staff is very helpful as well.
