Consistent service. The app doesn't always line up with where things are located, weirdly enough. Had some unfortunate merchandise from this location as well that was clearly opened previously and returned and sold as new. Parking is abundant so that's great.

I want to highlight one of their employees named “Kevin.” I had went to 5 other HD stores looking for a Dewalt Cordless 1/2” drive ratchet. All the stores showed that they had them available, but I couldn’t get one store…nor one employee to truly look for what they showed they had in stock…until, I got to Madison HD and met Kevin. He searched the other stores, made calls and finally found me one. It took him a week to get this done. Today, he called me and told me that it would ship to my home via UPS. If every store had a “Kevin” like the one at Madison, they could operate on 50 percent less employees. He is the “real deal” when it comes to customer service. Whoever takes the time to read this and is in need of something from the Madison HD store, look for Kevin…he is a world-class person and employee. He needs to be a store manager so he can set the tone for others in his store…and in Home Depot. Well done Kevin…you are a God-send!!

Did not find what we needed on a day, but the assistant manager who helped us was amazing. Knew her products, and made some recommendations to help. She helped well and although I found what I needed elsewhere, she saved me time and grief searching anyways, and I am back to producing paintings, thank you nice lady!

Always have what I need to get friendly staff. Though loss prevention Love's to follow me every time I go in and I haven't ever shop lifted in my life other than that good store
