Derek Smith, our salesperson, was amazing throughout the process. Though they were slammed because of Covid19, we still got very personal interactions and all of our questions were answered. Though we didn't get the pool outcome we wanted; they were honest with us that we just couldn't fit the pool we wanted in our yard. We purchased a wonderful Bullfrog Stil 5. We got a great deal thanks to Derek. We will definitely be contacting him when we need a pool in the future.
My salesperson, John, is well versed in the features of all the spas. Very transparent with pricing and availability. I never felt like I was being "sold". Buying was a snap, installation team was very professional. John followed up and has given excellent support after the install. I am happy to endorse the team.
We have had a really great experience . First, our sales rep Ron Neal (Brentwood location) was super helpful in finding us the right pool . Not only did he spend time with us at the store but he drove out to the house to make sure we were making the right choice . Financing was easy and offers 12 months no interest. This is an extremely busy time for them and after we got our permits and required sand, they scheduled us a week out . The scheduler communicated regularly and the installers were A) on time B) Professional and kind and C) managed to create as little effect on our yard as possible . We were told that we would be responsible for hardscaping and backfill up front and Pool and Spa Depot did everything they were asked and very much sooner than expected .
My husband and I have had terrible construction experiences building our home and the pure fact that he’s not in a straight jacket today and has a smile on his face is worth it’s weight in gold . Thank you .
Although there warehouse has moved to La Vergne now, they're still doing a great job! Quick to ship out my patio furniture and the set arrived wrapped nicely with no damage. I couldn't be happier!
