Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village

I am currently a patient here.Learning how to walk again is so hard but the team here is top notch!!! My PT and OT have been amazing!! Today I took 40+steps with walker,getting stronger!!! Whooo!!!

This place takes care and shows love to it's residents. If I ever need rehab or skilled nursing again I plan to return to life care. They did all they could to help me and got me where I needed to be to return home. They showed me great patience and love. I felt like family. I appreciate everything they've done for me.

Have enjoyed my stay here. Food is delicious here, you can’t beat Chef Weston’s kitchen! Therapy is great, it’s basically go in get better and go home. They’ll fix you up pretty darn quickly. The facility is new and super clean, floors are glamorous, that Walt floor guy is superb and super funny. Management is on point, if you need anything they’ll fix you up quickly, the executive director Vasyea is adorable and seems to really care about this population. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

I want to sing praises to this facility and it’s people. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the people who worked with me changed my life. The nurses were so kind to me and checked in often. So many staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable . The therapists & techs helped me get back on my feet to independence and I’m grateful. The activities department also goes above and beyond to make this place feel like a home. I haven’t seen anything like this facility. I would recommend coming here for therapy if you want to eat well. It’s a hell of a place.
