Blackstone & Fairmont Apartments

Lived in a studio in fairmont for a year and overall, really liked the place. It was practical - great neighborhood for walks/runs and walking distance from walgreens and coffee shops. I only saw a or two bugs in my apartment and the interior/exterior of the building was regularly kept clean by a crew. The laundry machines in the laundry room were the only point of frustration for me as sometimes they wouldn't drain or dry clothes and you'd have to swipe your cc 20 times before working. However, would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for living in the energy of downtown while experiencing some peace.

I am a recent transfer to Nashville, Tennessee for a job opportunity. When looking for apartment, I wanted to get the feel of living in a big city without being directly downtown. Blackstone was a top contender for me to consider because it is within five miles of the downtown area. It’s an easy commute when you’re seeking downtown activity but is a restful and quiet place to come back to at the end of the night.

It is within walking distance to downtown, not to mention all of the awesome restaurants, bars, and music venues. When I’m not walking to local businesses, which is most of the time, I only choose to drive to the grocery store. Blackstone makes living and having fun convenient.

I looked at a lot of different places and chose the one because unlike the other properties, this property has character and the people working here aren’t cheesy folks who will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. Without them having to sell them to me, I was sold on the windows. I have multiple, large windows with unobstructed views. It makes waking up in the morning much more pleasant.
