Dr. Pike is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. His staff is nice and the lab is fantastic (best experience I’ve ever had!). I’ll certainly be referring family and friends to Dr. Pike’s office. I’m very happy that he’s here in Clarksville!
I've been going to Elite Primary Care for a year now. I've seen several nurse practitioners for my past appointments, one of which was PHENOMENAL. She soon left the practice, after seeing her only twice, and then I continued to see different providers each time I went in (I prefer to stick with one provider if possible to develop a good patient/doctor relationship and not have to tell my whole life story to someone new each time). Today, I finally got to meet Dr. Pike and his new office staff, as well as new clinical members. I was so impressed with everything about my visit today and it was so refreshing. In the past, the office staff were on the rude side, they cancelled a couple of my appointments spur of the moment, I was always waiting 30-45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, and I sometimes left my appointments feeling criticized about the help I was seeking from them. Not today. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, the nurse who took vitals was very personable, and Dr. Pike was so amazing! I've been looking for a PCP with whom I can develop a good patient/doctor relationship with, one who listens to my concerns with compassion, and one who is knowledgeable in my medical conditions. He exceeded all of that, was so very encouraging, and finished our appointment with a prayer of encouragement. Thank you all for an all around great experience. And I was in and out in an hour!!! Also, they now have a messaging system that will alert you if there's a chance that you may be called back for your appointment time later than expected, which is nice. I'd rather know than not know if I'll be waiting. So that's a great addition too! Great job Elite!
