Maybe the easiest medical experience I've ever had.

It did take a couple of months to get an appointment for a suspicious looking mole. I was able to knock out most of my new patient paperwork in advance online which made even my first time check-in fast. Once the day arose, the process was such a breeze I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and they took me in, no problem. After brief consult with a nurse or assistant, I was seen by Dr. Allan within 4 or 5 minutes. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the mole and indicated that it could be removed right away.

Considering my current pregnancy, they advise topical lidocaine which was only mildly uncomfortable to start and very quickly took effect. The doctor again returned within just a couple of minutes and with careful precision removed the mole and its root in no time, painlessly.

They applied an anti bleeding agent, some vaseline, a Band-Aid, and gave me aftercare instructions. I checked out at the front and will have results from pathology in a few days. I was back in my car 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Came in for a couple of concerns. Dr Adam Allen was really nice and understanding when I had some anxiety and so was everyone else. I had a cyst removed and everything went well. Very happy with everything. Will definitely go back to Dr. Allen if I have any other skin concerns.

Always a pleasant experience, they make the check in process smooth, get you in pretty much on schedule. All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Husband and I have been going here for 3 years. Easy access off the highway as well.

Staff and providers are excellent. Dr. Allen explains everything and is very thorough. I would recommend this practice over all others in Clarksville. I have also had the opportunity to have my husband at the Green Hills Nashville Skin clinic and received the same courteous and competent care. 5 Stars!!

I had a wonderful experience! I was very nervous upon arrival since I am genetically predisposed to certain types of skin cancer, but the staff here is so friendly, and Dr. Allan is excellent! He immediately put me at ease, did a thorough check to make sure everything was benign (it was) and I was out of there quickly with a clean bill of skin health. I highly recommend this practice!
