Stayed recently as a surprise from my husband for Mother's Day. We were greeted at check-in which went smoothly. The hotel is under remodeling, I look forward to seeing the changes. We had the breakfast buffet each morning, I enjoyed the options and the food was hot. It was nice to enjoy a meal I didn't have to prep, cook or clean up. I appreciate being able to take my leftover breakfast to my room to enjoy again later.

We loved being in this place. From the moment you walk in, the layout is very welcoming, I love fireplaces!. The staff very friendly. The room very clean and cozy. If you are hungry, the mode of having a store is very convenient, since the room has a microwave.

Very comfortable and clean at a great price! Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everything in Allen, which was perfect for what I needed. However, be aware it is definitely a hike from the DFW airport and downtown Dallas. It was a little outdated but overall a wonderful stay. Especially enjoyed the adjustable thermostat that actually worked :) Pretty good restaurant next door as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The nighttime front desk clerk, William, was great. I also received great service during breakfast service. My room was clean upon arrival. The bathroom is a fairly tight space.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Also, there were some great dining options within walking distance to the hotel.

I didn’t stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen for the night, but I was here for a conference in one of their conference rooms, and I had a great experience.

The room was kept at a good temperature, the room was clean and functionally it was exactly what I would want and frankly above my expectations.

I had to wait in their lobby after my conference for a little while, and that was very comfortable and enjoyable.

I feel like this would be a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were generous with their time and kindly in all of their interactions with me and others.

I feel comfortable saying that this hotel deserves a five star rating and I could recommend based on my experience that this is a nice place to stay and if I had a need either myself or my family, I would absolutely use this hotel as a place to stay.

I enjoy attending the auctions held by Cope and Associates! They are always fun, entertaining and have amazing stuff to bid on!!

Great bunch of people. We go to almost all there auctions. Eddie and his crew does a wonderful job and keeps it entertaining and moves along.
