I myself have been a dental assistant for just over 30 years. Never in my life have I ever assisted or had a root canal done as quickly and as efficiently with the precision as Dr Kim did with me. I sat in the chair at 1:05 and I was OTD (Out the door) at 1:45. She drilled and filled three roots on my lower left molar (#18) which had a porcelain fused to metal crown that I've had for 30 plus years. My crown had seen it's better days and started leaking and causing decay under the crown and that's why I started to have pain. It was like having an Indianapolis pit crew working in my mouth. I know this will sound really strange but I had a really great experience having something done to me that most people fear. It almost makes me want to have another one (almost). Thank you Dr Kim you are "Sofa King" good !!

I've been referred here twice by my regular dentist to get root canals and let me seriously say, as someone who is absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Melanie Kim-Park is the absolute best, as is Diana, who also worked on me. I usually get nitrous because I'm so anxious about the dentist, but I forgot to request it so I just decided to do it without. They genuinely were so comforting, kind, professional, and fantastic at what they do, I didn't even need the nitrous. I always rant and rave about good dentists because it's nearly impossible for me to find ones that I like, but they are the BEST. I never have pain before, during, or after their procedures, which is so rare for root canals. They are also taking covid precautions very seriously, which makes me feel very safe in there. I would recommend Dr. Kim-Park above anyone else in Middle TN, any day of the week. Go here!!!

I had a really great experience, they took good care of me and were super fast doing the procedure . They also checked on me several times before and during just to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Kim-Park was really sweet and worked really fast. Diana was an angel and was really thorough with explaining everything and really calmed my nerves about having a root canal for the first time . She absolutely made me feel really good (she truly relieved my anxiety I had) and comfortable from start to finish . Scheduling was also really easy. Never thought I would say that I am happy I have to go back again, but I definitely am. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone 10/10

When I needed the dreaded root canal, My dentist/daughter, who usually performs all my dental procedures, did not hesitate to refer me to Dr. Park. I am glad she did. Her entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome the moment I walk in the door. The procedure was comfortable, quick, and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Park and Heritage Park Endodontics.

The scheduling process was super easy and the women of the office are sweet. My assistant was extremely helpful and good about calming my increasing anxiety. Everyone warned me about the pain of a root canal, and after my google searches, I was preparing for the worst. But it was EASY PEASY! The numbing was fast and effective. Dr. Kim-Parks was very personable and easygoing. The overall care was great. 10 out of 10, I completely recommend!
