  I've lived here for 7 year's and each year has been a pleasure to be here. The grounds are always kept nicely. I think the prices are fair for the amenities that you receive here. They allow you to have any type dog which in my book is a plus. The staff is phenomenal they're always courteous and polite. They're always willing to help any way they can. The maintenance man Sean is the best. I definitely recommend you consider living here as well.

  Lived here for 6 years and even with the change of management, I loved this place! It was a very quiet neighborhood and always felt like a home the community team cared about. Big thanks to Sean the maintenance man for handling any issue I had in less than 24 hours! If you love a small community feel with people who care about your home situation and living comfort, definitely give Alder Terrace a chance! They should have a higher score to be honest :)

  I’ve lived here three years, and I have no complaints. The complex is generally quiet and kid-friendly. Management is incredibly helpful, and they’re always looking for ways to bond with their residents, like having bingo games for the whole complex, and doing movie nights out by the pool. Also, shout out to the best maintenance staff; specifically Shane, who’s incredibly professional and dedicated to his work. I’ll miss living here for sure.

  Referring to all the negative comments read, please let it be know almost NONE of those should be taken seriously. I have lived in this place for a year now and I must say that I have had a very positive experience!
  
  Sarah is amazing and super helpful!
  Tammie is extremely clear and just doesn't put up with stupidity.
  Shane, the maintenance man, is fantastic and super friendly! He always gets things fixed super quickly and maintains the facility extremely well!
  
  Also, they give PLENTY of notice if they are going to do anything! People need to actually read the lease agreement fully because they state things with great transparency.
  
  The only negative I have about this place is the cockroach problems I faced. However, people need to realize that COCKROACHES EXIST EVERYWHERE! Just spray some things, keep areas clean, and if it becomes a serious issue just let management know.
  
  9 out of 10 would recommend this apartment complex! It's super safe and quiet with everything you'd need to live comfortably.
