Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Lori was absolutely amazing! She has done my hair for the last few times I've been there and it always comes out perfectly. She is so sweet and does a great job. Good job with finding her!!!

This might be kind of long but please bear with me here. I came in as a walk in at this location because I had heard great things about Fantastic Sams and remember having a pleasant experience at a location in Shelbyville when I lived down there. I digress. my point is that I came in as a walk in with a pretty sensitive and severe issue. Long story short, I had forgotten to take care of myself for awhile due to mental health issues and ended up with a pretty large mat in my hair. I was ready to shave it off after trying and failing to take care of it at home. I was really scared and embarrassed but Rebecca and Lori were not only very professional but they made me feel welcome as I was and not once did they make me feel bad for what I had done to my hair. They refused to accept defeat for my hair like I already had, so they offered to spend some time working the mat to try and fix it. Well, I’m very happy to report that not only did they fix it but here I am a couple days later and my hair has never looked and felt so healthy. It definitely took a while but they didn’t give up and now I look and feel so much better. To Rebecca and Lori, you guys were AMAZING and I’m so much more thankful for you two than I will ever have the words to express. We forgot to take a before pic but this after pic we took shows just how healthy my hair is now. Thank you again Rebecca and Lori. You two are the BEST!

Perfectly delightful experience! All of the employees were super kind and friendly, and really jumped in, helping me decide on a good cut and color when I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. They even tag-teamed my process so that I didn’t have to wait around too long! I ended up losing 6-7 inches and got a lovely, classy, and convincingly authentic-looking color. I’m so happy with the result, and I keep getting compliments!

My only slight bummers were some spots at the front of my hairline that I saw the next day hadn’t gotten the full color, and also that I didn’t realize that I had agreed to a full color-change (without knowing the cost) until after the process began (I misunderstood and thought we were just discussing highlights).

But altogether, everyone was super hospitable and wonderful to work with and chat to, and Lori in particular just did a classy job making the final product of my hair look wonderful.

I've been going here since I moved in 2019, and I love it. Last year, I went from having long hair my whole life to shoulder length and Lori did it perfectly!! She gave me a whole new style that I've been loving since then. Today I got it cut by Becca and I had a great time with her! Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, she was so fun to talk to and super nice overall. This place has the best customer service and will give you what you're looking for guaranteed! Also thanks to them I've finally been maintaining my hair with products that are actually good for it! Thanks Fantastic Sam's for being my go to place for a haircut!

Such an amazing service!! I got my hair bleached and dyed by Lori. I really recommend her. She was so nice and made sure I was okay during the entire process. I really loved how my hair came out! I got bleached and toned as well as blue highlights.
