First time sharing review even though I've been here countless times I believe, always happy with the service and always feel like I'm being treated like family. They go above and beyond to take care of my pet rats and have known some from youth to old and through surgeries and have helped to improve so many of their lives. Super cost efficient, always above and beyond friendly and I'm beyond grateful. 💕👑🫴🏻🌟

I took my pregnant MAS girl to get an ultrasound, X-rays and the following litter of puppies for wellness checks. They truly are very kind, contentious vets and fear free! The puppies had a great time there and that first experience with a vet is so very important. Loved the whip cream! I recommend!

The staff and doctors were very polite and helpful. They took great care of my dog and did an awesome job on his surgery. They were very thorough in explaining everything they were doing and gave me an accurate estimate on costs before the procedure. Great experience overall.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff at Family Pet Health are. We had a very sad situation with one of my cats where she declined very quickly. Dr. Shirley and all the staff were so amazing about squeezing us in for emergency appointments, following up, and generally just being amazingly supportive during a very hard time. Dr. Shirley spent many hours doing research on our sweet Kathy’s condition, trying to find creative ways to help manage her pain. They worked with us to keep things as affordable as possible while also doing everything that could be done for Kathy.

When we were referred to a specialist Dr. Shirley spent time conferring with the vet specialist to discuss what else can be done. When we eventually had to make the decision to say goodbye, they were kind enough to donate a beautiful burial bag for our baby that they had received as a sample.

Not to mention that the staff has always been so amazing with all three of our cats, one of my boys has a lot of anxiety at the vet. They were patient, kind, and so loving to all of our pets. I’m honestly so sad to have moved out of state because it’s going to be tough to find a veterinary practice that cares this much about our pets. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Took my puppy here for her 1st visit! My vet had moved to Manchester so a friend of mine told me about this vet. I was very happy with everything. The staff were super nice and the doctor was too! Also gave me a puppy packet with lots of good information in it!! The office was so clean and fresh and also pretty! I’m am so happy I found them!! Definitely going back!
