  Jaci Hall is fantastic. So patient and knowledgeable. I like this dealer because they're selective about what they buy and sell to make sure none of their customers end up with junk. They have reasonable prices enough that there's no real need to haggle.

  Jaci was excellent to work with. She went the extra mile to make the buying process efficient and hassle free by staying late to help and by maintaining good communication through the process. We bought the most reliable brand (Toyota / Lexus) in the world from them with significantly lower buying risk in the used market, so we’re confident our vehicle will provide years of great service just like all our other Toyota/Lexus vehicles.

  Just got a Ford Escape and couldn’t be more excited! Place is very clean which is a huge plus (learned that today after going to tons of other car lots that were sketchy lol) ! But shoutout to Jaci for being helpful and making it such an easy experience! I know I was beyond clueless when car shopping and she was so helpful. The other workers were all very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend going here to anyone! Thanks again staff of Motor Kings!!!

  Brandon and Tim have been super helpful in the whole process. Made it seamless and flawless. Car was valued correctly and a good deal on cargurus. Good communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership and these guys.
  
  Update: So the experience has somewhat soured. First 30 day temp tag expired so they sent me a 30 day extension. They explained there was a mess up and it was resolved and i should be getting the license in the near future. Fast forward to today March 15 and still no license plate and currently driving on an expired temp tag extension, which expired March 8. They are now refusing to answer my calls or return them for that matter. Will update review again when we come to a resolution.
  
  So everything has been resolved! Hooray. There was some miscommunication during the process, but after some information about what was happening was given to me I was relieved. Turns out there was a missed signature somewhere along the way and the title came shortly after. I’m now able to get the car registered and a license plate so no more temp tags. Hopefully I’ll learn to be more patient in the future when something like this arises.
