The place is no longer a food truck. They rebranded Den Heros. The brisket and fries were excellent but a little pricey. The restaurant had a bunch of tables and a stage for live music but none while we were there. They had a bar and a few free old video games to play for free. Great for the kids.
Single Tree is rhe best BBQ around. The brisket is amazing, so moist and full of flavor. The hoecakes are amazing and the redneck taco is a must. If you are lucky enough to catch banana pudding on their menu, get it. So good!
One of the best briskets I've had since I left Texas. The pepper crust is balanced, the sauce is excellent, and there is a selection in the cuts of meat from moist to lean. The sausage was great, not too chewy, lots of flavor. And the pulled chicken was moist and flavorful. The business is also located front of an incredible brewery. It's a great place for meat and beer. It's a great place to stop on the way down from Chicago to Florida and I hope this one sucks around for a long time.
Okay, so normally I don’t wright a review, but this place is so dang good I have to say. I’ve been to every barbecue place in Middle Tennessee and this is overall the best. If you’re having a hard time picking a place to eat or trying to decide what to do, look no further than Single Tree BBQ. I’ve tried almost everything and everything here is amazing!! My go to is the brisket and pulled pork sandwich, but my all time favorite is the Mac and Cheese and the smoke sausage!! I don’t have words to describe how great the food is here. They really do have the best brisket in town! This is a real and genuine review. I just think this is the best place for barbecue and the owner Charlie is an amazing guy!!!
Been watching out for Single Tree Wood Fire BBQ for a while now, and they were at Panther Creek Brewery tonight. At Panther Creek tried a half-pour of Tres Reyes…this is an impressive Mexican Lager, clean, full flavored with a hint of lime doesn’t overpower the beer. Picked up a 4-pack to go along with dinner tonight!
Met Charlie Eblen, owner of Single Tree Wood Fire BBQ and Army Veteran. The food trailer is cool and love the smoker on the “back patio” and the scent of BBQ coming from the kitchen. I selected the Sampler Platter consisting of pulled pork, cheddar jalapeño sausage, and brisket with cole slaw and added potato salad. I have to say…Charlie smokes up some pretty darn good BBQ. The sausage was delicious and had some lasting heat to it along with great pork flavors. The pulled pork moist and tender and stood up well even without BBQ sauce. The brisket was spot on tender with solid smoke and the peppered bark really complimented the meat. The BBQ sauce really worked well with everything, good flavor, with a light touch of vinegar. The sides were good and I liked the addition of colored peppers to the red skin potato salad…nice touch. Good food and great folks running the show…glad to finally have been able to enjoy food from this truck.
