TwelveStone Infusion Center Murfreesboro

This place has been a true gift from the guy in the sky. I have received infusions for over eight years and they've all been in a hospital setting— very sterile, very busy, and very clinical. As someone with a need for control that stems from severe medical PTSD, I was rather terrified about this switch after being with the hospital infusion center for over 8 years. Thankfully this anxiety melted away as soon as I had my intake call with TwelveStone. Not only did they take care of the order transfer, accommodate my scheduling needs, AND work with my insurance for coverage— they even applied to a copay assistance program, covering 100% of my copay! I was EXTREMELEY impressed (thank you Katie!).

Come to the day of my infusion, I was immediately accommodated in every way. Walking in felt more like going to a best friend's house when you don't feel good. My name was adorably drawn on the whiteboard in my room with cute little doodles. They had warm blankets ready for me, and my room didn't feel clinical at all! I had a real recliner right by a window (with a shade screen and curtains if I wanted it darker), a little side table with snacks, a smart TV, and some calming decor. They asked the typical medical questions, but they also asked about me as a person and what they could do for my emotional needs.

The physician assistant (or NP?) came by to see how I was doing and to confirm my orders with me. When I told her the order was missing the post treatment IV fluids, she had an order from my doctor in less than 30 minutes! Incredible- especially since my doc is impossible to get a hold of quickly.

All throughout the visit, they let me have a say in how things would go. They let me pick the order of my premeds, when I would like my fluids to start, and which of the approved infusion rates I felt most comfortable receiving. The staff even sat with me to ask more about what it was like to deal with my disease so that they could learn and support both me and future patients in similar situations with better understanding and empathy. Almost had me in tears with how much that means to me.

To top it off, a chaplain called me today to see how I am doing and wanted to make sure I had a chance to share any concerns (had none) leading up to my next cycle. After a small chat, he asked to pray for me and truly made me feel like a human- not just a patient.

They say "it takes a village" and I am very thankful to have found this one. To the receptionists, techs, nurses, PA/NP, and chaplain- thank you.

We have only been with TwelveStone for a short time. When we received the welcome package and found the stone, I was overjoyed. It means a lot to know there are people out there who care for their patient's needs. I am a mother of a 26 year old daughter who is a total dependent. God only knows why, but I am thankful He has blessed me with her this long. Now He has placed this caring and compassionate company among us. Thank you for having the heart to be a servant for Jesus.

I have never received anything but the best from 12 Stone! Having been in healthcare for 30 years, I have seen a lot. But I always know that the patients I work with get our best when we are partnered with a great company like this.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, 12 stone and the wonderful ladies that staff the facility would surely deserve it. I recently went to 12 stone for my first infusion I've ever had and I was quote nervous as I didn't know what to expect and I was expecting it to be like every other medical process I've been through: cold, lifeless, stale and lonely. What I experienced was anything but. From the moment I walked into the facility I was greeted with smiling happy faces. They took me to the room in which I was to have my infusion where I was greeted with a very nice and comfortable reclining chair, a TV, and a basket of snacks. There was even an additional welcome goody bag for me to take home. It seemed much more like (an abundantly clean and professional) living room of a friend than a scary and cold medical office. ALL of the staff (even the front desk attendant) gave me the impression that my comfort, well-being, and quality of care was and is their top priorities. There was even a personalized welcome message and a comfortable chair available for my wife to accompany me in the room. They answered every question I had beyond a simple and dismissive yes or no, but instead they also gave me in depth reasoning as to why. I have a few rather uncommon conditions that 99% of medical personnel are unfamiliar with but to my absolute surprise and appreciation, they knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly how those conditions would impact my experience both during the infusion and in the days following. After answering all of my questions, the infusion process began and I was asked if I had any preference as to an injection site (which I did, but most people never ask) and the installation of the IV was virtually painless. Thus began the process and to my great pleasure I was checked on and monitored several times throughout the entire process. In the best way possible, it felt like I was being cared for not by a doctor, but rather by a kind and caring friend. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation of these wonderful ladies and the great level of care that I received from them. They even called a few days after to see how I was doing and to share well wishes and to encourage me. 11/10 recommend, hands down best medical experience I've ever had.

I recently had my first infusion at TwelveStone in Spring Hill, TN and my experience was great! It was such a calm and peaceful environment which is a nice change from the busy and loud hospital where I used to get my infusions. The nurses at TwelveStone were wonderful and very informative. I was starting a new medication and they really made sure I understood everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend TwelveStone to anyone!
