Andre my sales associate was very professional. He was respectful and treated me like a serious customer. I never felt pressured by him. All of my questions were answered, I text drove a jeep and returned the next day to purchase it from him. I was treated like family and the price was comparable to other vehicles that I researched. Went in for an oil & filter change 11/25/2023. Johnny in service took us right in. We were fortunate to be next in line and were out in less than an hour. Johnny took the time to review our bill, 27 point inspection results, 2 active recall alerts, note of a very slight but real oil leak, and results of the check engine light analysis. And all of it with a pleasant attitude and eagerness to make certain everything was done correctly. So, yes, I could have saved a little money at Valvoline or some other quick oil change place, but will they even notice my Jeep has a diesel engine? Maybe.

Ms. Wilkins, the Finance Manager, called and told me that I was approved and followed up with an email explaining the process and documentation required for a smooth Financial Application with zero hiccups or errors. Then, I was called by Mr. Willie, my car salesman, who was able to give me all the details about the vehicle I was inquiring about and now a current vehicle. When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Charles, who was polite, helpful, and very willing to assist. Mr. Willie and Ms. Wilkins made this car buying experience very easy and a good one. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour with great results. I came in, signed my required paperwork and was out as a happy customer with exactly what I desired. There was no rush or pushing to get in something I didn’t wish to know or pressure to make a sell. Mary and Tatiana were both amazing. When it came to getting information about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase Tatiana had a very immediate response and went above and beyond to help me. When I entered the building Mary immediately took me to the vehicle that I wanted to purchase and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
