Dr. Pilgrim delivered my baby 18 years ago in Memphis. The entire group of women doctors were amazing and Dr. Pilgrim was one of the most calm and caring doctors for sure. I loved both of my deliveries and can’t say enough about the doctors in that group at the time. Most of them are with other groups I believe but my memories are all positive. I’m happy to see she is still practicing!

I came in for an IUD removal which I was extremely nervous about after having so much pain caused by it. There were problems with my insurance card going through but they were never once impatient with me and helped me figure everything out as quickly as they could. Once my insurance was cleared I was almost immediately called into the back and only waited around 10-15 minutes before seeing Dr.Pilgrim ,who was the sweetest lady. She calmed me down and informed me of other birth control options and before I knew it my IUD was out with no complaints or complications. I very much so recommend this office and I will be coming back from now on with her as my new regular OBGYN.

I highly recommend Dr. Pilgrim. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and performed my total hysterectomy very efficiently and smoothly, without any issues. She seems genuinely concerned about her patients. I live more than an hour away from Collierville, but I will continue to use Dr. Pilgrim as my OB-GYN physician.
Also, for the patients desiring to deliver their baby naturally, find a midwife. When any physician delivers your healthy newborn, you should be very thankful, and change your negative thoughts to feeling blessed.
