Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown

Michelle checked me in with a smile and even called later to make sure I was satisfied with my room. I also want to give a shout out to the housekeeping supervisor who was nice enough to ask how I liked my room. Awesome experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was so clean! The gym was open and available. The breakfast was the best! Great food! There was something for everyone to enjoy! I would stay here again!

This is one of my favorite hotels in
my area, So I booked a room for 4 days for a friend from out of town, and he was impressed. Management Greg and Bennett and the entire staff were very professional and eager to assist in making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was hot and the area was very clean. Kudos to Zaria who personally made sure that my room was to my satisfaction. I will visit again. You guys make a great team...Thank you again!

“Great Stay!”

Someone recommended Hyatt Place to us, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. We are big travelers and usually choose another major brand, but this hotel experience has my family looking at Hyatt Hotels in Hawaii for our upcoming trip.

The staff was amazing from the time we walked through the doors. They went above and beyond to make our stay and special event enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Our entire party felt the same way.

The breakfast was well maintained, with great variety and excellent coffee!

The location was good, next to a gas station and approx. 2 miles from all the popular restaurants and stores.

My stay was excellent. Great courteous staff! The entire place was very clean. The food was excellent! I was very happy with the food.
