Will Coleman and the team at Principle did an outstanding job helping us with our latest car purchase. From the first time on the lot until months later when we drove off in our car, we were treated first class. Will was polite, respectful, engaging and didn't pressure us at all. He took the time to show us all of the models, features, and options for the cars we were considering during the early stages. Then, as we completed the purchase, he walked us through the entire purchase process ensuring we fully understood all of the paperwork including help with the financing aspect.

Will's supervisor, David, did a great job as well keeping us informed as to the status of the vehicle. Brandon in finance was polite, informative and not pushy either. We had a great experience and I hope we get to purchase another car from them in the future.

After shopping for two days I finally hit a home run when I went to Principle Toyota in Memphis. Kelly Fast my salesperson was absolutely phenomenal from the start to finish of the sale. Jeff Larson her boss was absolutely attentive of my needs and more than fairly came to a mutual agreement on the sale and trade in pricing. Cassi Nealy is absolutely the best. I have bought cars that when all was said and done I felt like it was the wrong move and had buyers remorse. Cassi Nealy never disappoints! I got an email from Toyota about special financing and giving unheard of amounts on trades for pre owned cars. I reached out to her and asked about trading in my 2019 Camry I bought 9 months earlier from her for the 2021. Two days later I drove home in a 2021 Camry SE in supersonic red. She helped make it happen. I feel like I got the best deal with Cassi’s help!!!

I can’t say enough positive things. I am a first-time Toyota owner and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Principle Toyota. Cassi, my sales rep, reached out to me on her day off to see if I had any questions about the vehicle I was looking at. She was very sweet and she kept in contact with me throughout the entire next day while I was in clinic to let me know the status of my application and financial information. She had all of my paperwork ready to go when I got off work. All I had to do was sign. I was blown away that the entire process took only about 1 hour. Peter, my new friend in finance, was super kind and very personable. They were able to meet every one of my needs from monthly payments to interest rates. I couldn’t ask for more. Great experience and I know this will not be my last purchase there. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family, without reservation.
