(February 6, 2021, 7:23 pm)Love Captain D's...... Today got $25.00 worth ..... all good BUT fried way too long .... I love VERY crunchy but.....BUT. these were fried WAY too long..... Dark brown color indicates watch out for your gums to bleed...... yep, fried that much :(

(October 23, 2020, 10:40 am)This review isn't so much about the food as it is the service I received on 10/22/20. Tommy Williams at store number 354879 in Bartlett TN has excellent customer services. Good customer service is something that is a lost art nowadays. In particular, this is not something you get from our younger generation. Which is one of the reasons why I only eat fast food, maybe twice a year. However, this young man is always professional and courteous every time I go there. In addition, he showed cleanliness (my number one). Keep it up Tommy, you are going places with that great attitude you always have on display!
