Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning of Cordova

Called to have carpets cleaned and they ended up taking care of my two oriental rugs as well. Great service with reasonable prices.

Fast drying cleaning process, would recommend!

We had safe-dry come out to clean our upstairs bedrooms. The service was the best we have ever had. They communicated what time they would be arriving and came at that exact time. After completing a review of the area, Blake explained the service options. After making my selection, Blake then proceed to clean the area. He was very professional and focused on providing a quality experience. I will be recommending Safe-Dry, and Blake to everyone!

TL/DR: Michael and Kalem took care of our carpets for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I am VERY happy with final results - highly recommend 👍

The long story: I booked online, knowing that the estimate would be more accurately given to me once a technician came by and assessed the carpets. Michael and Kalem, who was "in train" (although he was equally knowledgable + professional and did all of it on his own), showed up early. Because of their early arrival, they lend a hand in clear some of the carpet space of large furniture and debris that could be removed by hand. They also worked with me with my budget and guided me through what would be top priority based on their assessment and sq. space. They wrapped up after 2 hours and the carpets dried completely 45 minutes after they left. They were 100% correct during their assessment of the stains in all the rooms; they were confident and were able to take 80% of them out. Also it helps that my cat liked them too; he didn't seem affected by the chemicals they used and got a few pets while they were here.

Devante was awesome he was very professional and made me very comfortable in my home. He did an amazing job and I would definitely choose safe dry again!
