When I heard about the Ideal Protein diet, I was skeptical at first. I didn't want to limit myself as to what I could and couldn't eat, but I knew I needed to make a change when it came to my weight & my health. Since joining in July, I've lost over 60 pounds and feel confident in myself again. This diet has actually opened up a new world of food that I had no interest in trying. Barbara Clenin and her staff at Total Wellness have made my experience with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program rewarding and successful.
