Thursday July 20, 2023 Excellent service! My name is Jessica I came in with a prescription and just wanted to look at some glasses. I was greeted so friendly by the dr. Himself and also the staff. The dr treated me like I was the most important person there! Didn’t rush me and explain in detail everything concerning my glasses and the things concerning my vision better than the last place i visited I I will recommend this place to everyone now I am excited about getting my new glasses

Didn't know I had a warranty on my scratch resistant glasses, they looked it up, got my lenses replaced for me for free. Was told it could take two weeks, had it back in a week. Got me adjusted and out the door in minutes. When I originally got them they were very nice, optometrist diagnosed a problem I had been having when two others couldn't and on the glasses side they laid out all my options without being pushy to just buy the most expensive ones.

This place is amazing. If you are in search of an optometrist, you want to go to these folks! I needed help with a new pair of surgical loupes I recently purchased and Meredith was immediately so kind and helpful and recruited LeAnn in on our conversation for additional help and they both listened thoughtfully to my concerns and dramatically improved the fit of my glasses. The facility is also very clean and beautiful. What a gem to have in Midtown!

This is by far the best vision care provider I know of. They really take their time with you, no rushing in and out. I have always recommended them to anyone that was in search of a new optometrist. 2 or 3 of the doctors are also teachers at Southern College of Optometry.
