  I got a door ding repaired here. The wait time to get an appointment was a little hefty, around 6 weeks, but it wasn't anything urgent so I just waited for the appointment. The work was great, but I feel like someone either drove my car home and smoked while in it, or they smoked in the shop with the doors to my car open. It was an unpleasant smell with visible ash in my car. I'm going to still give four stars for good work.

  I had just bought my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and it only had 340 miles on it. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident where the other vehicle clipped my left front bumper. My insurance company sent me to Covington’s Collision. I went there the same day and Pam did the estimate and I had a vacation scheduled to drive to Cleveland Ohio. Rocky had me come in because he wanted to check and make sure it was safe for my trip. He pulled out the dent in the fender and re-attached it. No charge! Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly. They scheduled the repairs and said it would probably be there for four days. I dropped it off at 8:00 Monday morning and I got a call at 10:00 Thursday morning. My car looks brand new again. I’m very pleased with the workmanship and the friendly caring staff. They were very sympathetic with the fact that I was very upset about my brand new car with only 340 miles was damaged. Great professional staff and absolutely the best workmanship. No sign of my car even being hit. If you need any body work I highly recommend Covington Collision Center. I used the Gallatin location.

  Fantastic experience, highly recommend!
  My car had a strange scratch on the passenger side front door, possible keying. I went in for a free estimate the same day I called, and they had the estimate ready for me the next morning. The woman who answered my call and handled the process once I arrived was amazing and super helpful.
  I brought my car in less than a week later and only had to leave it for 3 days. The paint job looks phenomenal! I was blown away. There is absolutely no evidence of a scratch ever being there.
