I just wanted to let you know I appreciate your help last year with buying my home. You knocked it out of the park for me. You were able to wheel and deal some items that many realtors couldn’t or wouldn’t think of. I still can’t believe I actually live here every time I come home. Fast forward a little over a year and thank God we got it done. I know I was skeptical with the housing market and new COVID stuff at the time but it’s the best thing financially that I’ve ever done. We are moving to Nashville from a different state. We found a property for rent online that they manage and were very interested. They worked with us to let a realtor we are working with come in and do a few videos of the property for us, and have been super accommodating to us moving in from out of state. Text and email communications have been very smooth and easy so far, getting the applications in and lease signed. They are even helping us with having a friend pick up the keys so we are ready to move in when we get into town early on a Sunday morning. Tammy has been who ive been in direct contact with so far and she is very sweet and helpful and has made everything very easy. Cant wait to get to our new home!
