Jonathon, the assistant manager, tested the battery for me, set me up with a new one, and installed it for me. I have a few areas of expertise, and cars isn't one of them. He didn't blink an eye at any of my dumb questions, and he was a pleasure to chat with. Always had great experiences here!

(August 22, 2021, 12:39 pm)I love O'Reilly Auto Parts. They always have what I need and unlike some of the other guy's I never have to redo a project due to poorly remanufactured parts. Also beware of Amazon spark plugs as they are selling knockoff parts. Just FYI NGK plugs are made in Japan not China. Also Bosch plugs are made in Germany not China and Amazon is selling knockoff products for the same price. I've personally had several issues with Amazon car parts always read the reviews and remember buyer beware.
