  Absolutely terrific gym and fitness training facility. They are doing a terrific job with my son helping him with football agility and strength training. Can’t recommend enough.

  I'm just getting back into exercise after a few years of inactivity, which can be very intimidating - especially when joining a gym like this where everyone works out together in a class-like workout. I've been to several CrossFit gyms in the past, so I steeled myself against the potential competitive atmosphere of that sort of setting. As you probably guessed, that's not at all what I encountered here. These folks are relaxed, fun, accepting, and focused on simply getting better. The workouts have certainly been challenging for me, but there's never been much attention paid to how fast I finish, how much weight I use, or how long I have to pause between exercises. Instead there has been plenty of encouragement and even accountability, which is exactly what I needed to help me get back into the game. Forgive the pun, but I don't think I could've found a more perfect fit for getting myself fit.

  This is a great gym. It’s family and locally owned. I’ve been a member for about 16 months and attend multiple times a week. The classes and training are set up so that anyone and any age can complete them whether you are just getting started or are at an advanced level. I strongly recommend.

  Awesome gym!!! From the personal training to the HIIT classes, the trainers challenge you while motivating you the whole way. Their knowledge and attention to detail ensures you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the most benefit out of them. Highly recommend!!

  A great, friendly, goal-focused environment! Awesome classes ran by knowledgeable trainers, with the option to do one on one training as well. They are great about working with you to achieve your fitness goals. There are no judgements, just encouragement to be the best version of yourself. I highly recommend FY2 to anyone who is looking to make a life style change!
