I got my 20ft U-Haul and auto transport stuck in mud in a ditch and waited two hours for the wrecker from Memphis that U-Haul supposedly dispatched. They never showed, but Jim's came to my rescue within 10 minutes of my call and Danny was delightful. I really appreciate y'all!
