  Dr. Gene is an amazing chiropractor. His bedside manner and kind demeanor is impeccable. He cares about his patients. He doesn't run you in like a bunch of cattle and back out. He takes his time and truly wants you better, whether it's one visit that does it or numerous visits, he's not about getting you in several times a week for the money and doesn't feel like a scam like most chiropractors I've been to . He's a hidden gem.

  Was in the area for a wedding. Upon arrival at the hotel my low back was out and hurting. I searched numerous chiropractors that claimed to be open on Saturdays (NOT) I found this place and I'm glad I did. I called and got right in and got an excellent treatment. So if you're in this area and need an adjustment give them a call. I'm thankful I did. Excellent job.

  You will not find better customer service than you will with Aiello Chiropractic. He has fantastic table-side manner and takes the time with each of his patients. His wealth of knowledge is appreciated, and is a breath of fresh air for the body and the mind. Thank you for bringing your expertise to Middle TN!

  Dr. Gene is the BEST Chiropractor I've ever had! He does things different and looks at your body as a whole. I had a VERY scary experience a few months ago where I woke up and my arms, legs, and one side of my face were totally numb! It was a Saturday so very few chiropractors were open and my husband called Dr. Gene who was about to leave for the weekend and he waited for us to make the drive up there to see him. He immediately got to work on me after determining the problem and after the first adjustment, most of the numbness was gone! I did a few more adjustments over the next 2 weeks to get totally in alignment and the rest of the numbness went away. I am so thankful God led us to him. He is a true blessing to Nashville! Next I need to have my husband see him for sciatica, as well as do the food sensitivity testing. Anytime someone says they need a chiropractor, I tell them they must go to him! He even helped my mom with severe neck pain. Thank you Dr. Gene for all you do!

  You WON’T find a more knowledgeable, caring. and nicer Chiropractor in Nashville or the surrounding area! I have had several chiropractors over the years and was happy with each, but NONE can hold a candle to Dr. Aiello! His adjustments are unbelievable, his massages leaving you wanting more, and his table side manner is genuine!! Truly Chicago’s loss and Nashville’s gain! What a blessing in both my husband and my life, we are so thankful to have stumbled upon Him as we did! You too will feel the same after an adjustment with him!!! I would rate 10 stars if allowed!!!
